The primary role of this position is to direct, coordinate, oversee, and continue to develop and to promote family and outreach ministries of Irvine Canaan Christian Community.
Duties and responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, and develop family ministries, including teaching Sunday School class, small-group ministries, organize special events to promote such ministry.
Discipleship: to conduct one-on-one discipleship programs, to train up more Christian leaders to serve and to follow Christ.
Evangelism, to conduct outreach activities to promote Christian family values.
To provide spiritual counseling for families.
