We are from Irvine Canaan Christian Community Church in Southern California. We currently have a Campus ministry at CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, FULLERTON. Most of our members are from China. We are seeking to fill a full-time position responsible for overseeing all aspects of this ministry.
Qualifications?
1. Have a clear calling and burden for campus and youth ministry.
2. Trained at an US Theological Seminary.
3. Experience in leading student fellowship, experience in shepherding young families is preferred.
3. Good communication skills and be able to communicate in Chinese and English fluently.
4. Have a harmonious interpersonal relationship and have a burden on pastoral care.
5. Support the vision, strategies, and purposes of ICCCC.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in ministries arranged by the church.
2. Responsible for the teaching, shepherding, caring, discipleship and gospel outreach work of the fellowship.
3. Disciple a team of volunteer leaders.
