President at International Leadership Institute
Carrollton, Georgia, United States
About the job
The International Leadership Institute (ILI) is a global organization that equips leaders and accelerates the spread of the Gospel in more than 100 nations around the world. ILI’s unique contribution to the spread of the Gospel includes indigenous leadership, the discovery of the Eight Core Values of the Most Faithful Christian leaders, and the power of multiplication.
Co-founded by Wes and Joy Griffin, Norival and Cristina Trindade, Peter Pereira, Al Vom Steeg, and a team of global leaders in 1998, ILI is a growing global movement with over 320,000 alumni around the world who speak hundreds of languages. In the last two years alone, more than 1,700 training events equipped over 70,000 new alumni. One special track is for young, emerging leaders from age 20 to 35 which is called “History Makers.” In April 2020, ILI launched our online learning platform with a goal to see online training in 100 nations as our response to the global pandemic.
Dr. Wes Griffin has served as both CEO and President.
ILI is now separating the CEO/President role and seeks a President who will provide visionary leadership with the result that seven outcomes are achieved: unbelievers become followers of Christ, followers become disciples, disciples become workers, leaders are developed, the needs of the hurting are met, new churches are planted, and lives are transformed.
ILI’s next President will have a unique set of skills and experiences and bring fresh energy and innovation ensuring that the ILI Team continues to advance the vision and mission of the organization to equip leaders and accelerate the spread of the Gospel so that the Great Commission to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19-20 ) can be fulfilled.
