About the job
As the HR Manager of HOPE International School, you will be relied upon to provide strategic and operational HR advice and solutions to the Director and senior leadership team (SLT) regarding all matters relating to staff and employment at HOPE.
Your role will be both advisory and hands-on and you will draw from your strong background and knowledge of HR to build strength into our current operations and respond to ongoing change.
You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including determining HR strategy, overseeing HR processes, providing HR advice, undertaking HR projects, supporting the management and resolution of HR issues and ensuring HOPE’s HR practices comply with Cambodian employment legislation.
Another important aspect of your role will be mentoring, coaching and providing development opportunities and support to your HR Team.
To be successful in this role you will need to be well organized, a strategic thinker/planner, systems and details orientated, a great communicator and a natural coach. You will be a gifted people person, love leading teams and enjoy developing new and innovative ways of serving the HOPE community that will not only support the care of our current and prospective staff but also ensure that HOPE is always a great place to work.
