Student Ministries has been a priority at High Pointe Church from the beginning. We are prayerfully looking for an energetic leader who is, first, actively growing in his own faith, and then, has a genuine passion for growing the next generation of Christ-followers to own their faith by going deep in the gospel in order to go wide as the church. Teaching with a Biblical worldview and mulitplying disciples is critical.

This non-denominational, family-friendly, Bible-teaching church seeks to be a vibrant faith community as well as safe place to ask questions about following Jesus Christ. The High Pointe family is known for its generous heart, willingness to serve and desire to make a difference.

As the founding pastor, Kevin Sullivan is a collaborative leader who believes that group participation leads to better decisions and more ownership. He cares deeply for his staff, likes to have fun and enjoys being around people who don’t take themselves too seriously.

Outside church, High Pointe families are active, enjoying local lakes and mountains, and many of the other unique opportunities that the Pacific Northwest offers.

This is a full-time, salaried position that pays competitively and provides medical and retirement benefits. Previous experience leading a student ministry is strongly desired.
