About the job
The Lead Pastor will step into a strategic, complex, and deeply rewarding calling: to shepherd a multinational congregation, strengthen unity across cultures and denominations, and lead HIF through staff and volunteer teams into a new season of discipleship and mission. In partnership with the Elder Board, the next pastor will serve as a humble chief among equals— spiritually grounded, relationally wise, and able to lead through others rather than trying to carry everything alone. This is a preaching role, a shepherding role, a team-building role, and a mission-advancing role. It requires pastoral warmth, biblical depth, cross-cultural intelligence, and healthy organizational leadership.
