Technical Arts Director - Grand Point ChurchThe Technical Arts Director will be responsible for the following:
1. Technology Lead: The Technical Arts Director will lead the technical arts functions for the church by:

Recruiting, equipping, and training those who will performing technical arts roles for our weekend services at the Chambersburg campus.
Assuming responsibility for the successful weekly broadcasting of the services.
Ensuring quality of production and adjust as increased quality becomes necessary.
2. Technology Specialist: As the lead for technology across campuses, the Technical Arts Director will have the necessary expertise to assure all campuses are functional and assist in any maintenance and technical troubleshooting. They will be the:

Liaison for training and development of technology needs for all campuses of Grand Point Church.
Liaison for all AVL technical needs for events at the Chambersburg campus.
3. Media Oversight: As the Technical Arts Director, this role will oversee media development and maintain an archive for:

Videos
Photos
Team Collaboration: Each member of the GPC staff will work as a team to accomplish the mission of Grand Point Church. This may include duties outside the normal realm of their position but are imperative to the fulfillment of our objectives as a whole.

Skills Needed:

Ability and experience in recruiting, building developing, and trainings teams.
Experience in audio systems and large-format digital consoles, specifically Allen and Heath consoles.
Expertise in live and streaming video environments, including projectors, displays, and video transmission.
Proficient level, working knowledge of Planning Center Online and ProPresenter.
Firm understanding of DAW mixing for both live and recorded sources along with experience in Presonus Studio One and Dante.
Knowledge and experience with lighting in the context of worship services. (Knowledge of theatrical, intelligent, LED, and lighting for video is preferred. Knowledge of ETC Eos and Nomad platforms is a plus.)
Firm understanding of audio/video/lighting signal flows and a strong ability to troubleshoot in all these environments.
Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
Experience in leading a production team for a medium to large size venue.
