This position is a full-time + benefits staff role. We are seeking someone that has a heart for leading youth volunteers and the youth toward a deeper relationship with God. A generalprofile of a potential candidate is below:

·          College degree (or equivalent) with an emphasis on the Bible, Christian Education, and leadership

·          Seminary degree not required but welcomed

·          Some youth leadership experience desired but would consider developing someone with a strong leadership profile.

·          Male or Female

·          Age: mid-20’s to early 30’s

·          Possesses a solid leadership profile with a desire to build a youth culture around a focus on discipleship and mission

·          Individual should value working in a collaborative team environment

·          Possesses a love for teens and the development of teens

Grace Church is a non-denominational church of approximately 400 people. We are located in the suburbs of south Atlanta, Georgia. Because of our location, our congregational is diverse and multi-generational.
