Grace Chapel is seeking a Campus Pastor for its Campus in Foxboro, Massachusetts, to provide visible leadership for the campus congregation and advance Grace Chapel’s “one church with many campuses” model. This role aligns closely with Grace Chapel’s mission to make and mobilize more disciples for Jesus Christ in Greater Boston and beyond, helping people discover life with God for the good of the world.
The Foxboro Campus Pastor will be a key leader who builds community, develops leaders and volunteers, champions outreach, and strengthens the Sunday experience through excellent hosting and pastoral presence. This role includes occasional preaching; however, the primary focus is shepherding, leadership development, and campus-wide ministry execution in alignment with Grace Chapel’s broader strategy.
