Genesis Counseling PLLC is seeking an engaged, creative, dedicated, Christian mental health professional to join our growing, inviting, effective mental health practice. This position is available for a child therapist, marriage therapist, or group therapist, looking to grow as an already licensed professional in a private practice setting. Therapists who are insurance paneled are preferred.
We provide beautiful, functional office space, therapy playroom, conference room, waiting room. You set your schedule, your earning potential is up to you. Generous compensation per billable hour.
Promptly follow up on and schedule intake sessions
Conduct intake sessions
Complete all paperwork in a timely and professional manner
Develop treatment plans for individuals, couples, family or child client
Conduct ongoing therapy for clients
Utilizes best practice therapy standards
Participate in ongoing case consultation
Conducts self in a professional manner within the team and professional community
Communicates in a timely, positive and effective manner
Maintains Arizona licensure
Respects HIPPA mandates
Attends staff meetings and other functions
Attitude of openness to learning
Effective and open communication
Skilled and growing in child therapy techniques
Capable of working with parents and family systems
Proficient at working with couples
Creativity in developing and offering groups or classes for clients
Flexible, upbeat, positive attitude
Motivated to be an individual worker and team member
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans and therapy
Education and Experience:
Licensed in the state of Arizona: LMFT, LPC, LCSW
Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or other related human service field.
