Generations Church Los Angeles (GCLA) is located in Arcadia, California in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley. GCLA is a faithful community that values worshiping God, being rooted in God’s Word, edifying fellowship, faithful service, and being a shining witness. We desire to minister to the whole family and be a community where the whole family can worship the Lord and grow in Christ. Generations Church Los Angeles is a ministry of the Evangelical Formosan Church denomination.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time minister for our middle & high school aged students. The minister has a passion for seeing a young generation discover the hope and love of Jesus Christ. The minister has a contagious love for the Lord and values discipling others in their growing faith in Jesus. This person believes in relational ministry and bold teaching of the Word of God. This person understands the uniqueness of the culture of this young generation, their needs, and can effectively communicate the gospel in an engaging way. Experience working with post-high school students and young adults is a plus and lead to broader ministry opportunities.

We offer a flexible work schedule and a great environment to grow and learn as a minister. The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in a ministry-related study or is on course to completing their degree. The applicant need not be a currently ordained minister.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Friday night youth meetings
• Sunday bible study

Additional Responsibilities:

• Relational connections with students and parents
• Assist in Sunday service and occasional church-wide activities
