Responsibilities:

·     Collaborate on the execution of Worship Services in the main auditorium.

·     Give oversight to the development of graphic and video components for monthly sermon series from inception to completion.

·     Equip and lead a team of staff and volunteers to fulfill the AVL and production needs of GatheringPoint.

·     Develop and maintain schedules that ensure volunteer staffing for Sunday service environments within AVL and Production.

·     Collaborate to create, plan, and execute set designs in worship environments

·     Ensure the technical success and consistency of all AVL production.

·     Develop and implement a plan to maintain and support all AVL equipment.

·     Oversee department budget.

·     Continue to maintain a working knowledge of the trends of AVL as they relate to church production.

·     Update career knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal

networks; and participating in professional organizations.

·     Propresenter, Jands Vista, and audio mixing on digital mixing consoles for live events and monitors

·     AVL systems, with electronic and mechanical knowledge to identify repairs

·     Ability to work comfortably at heights including man lifts and ladders

·     In the day-to-day operation of AVL production, it is necessary at times to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies such as

speakers, lighting fixtures, road cases and supplies up and down stairs. Any item over 40 pounds requires the assistance of a second

person.
