Friendship Baptist Church in Litchfield, CT is looking for a full-time pastor who will come alongside our team of elders to lead a growing and vibrant Christian community, active in making disciples and serving the people of the Northwest Hills. The candidate must be highly relational, a team player, and be willing to devote significant time to deep study while preparing sermons. The candidate should also have a passion, a vision, and a focus on preaching God’s word in an expository fashion.

 

Ministry goals are to be carried out in an atmosphere of love, cooperation, and mutual accountability. The candidate should strive to develop preaching and teaching methods that challenge and inspire the spiritual growth of our FBC congregation.

 

Friendship Baptist Church has been blessed with a team of elders who love the Lord and love the FBC family. A successful candidate will join this team of elders who will encourage him to use his gifting and trust him as he comes alongside them to initiate new ministries and outreach programs.
