Part time worship leader/musician.

Flourishing Church is a non-denominational, biblically centered, multicultural, passionate community of believers located in Southbay of Los Angeles. We are looking for someone who loves the local church and has a passion to lead others into the presence of God. Playing piano would be a huge plus as we have many guitar players. Our worship style is a crossover of mainstream and gospel. More than style, we genuinely love to honor God with everything we do. We are a passionate congregation who love to have fun while we pursue Jesus. We are looking to hire for both our Wednesday night practices and Sunday morning services.

Requirements:
- Strong musical ability, including proficiency in playing an instrument (e.g., guitar, piano, etc.) and vocal skills
- Demonstrated experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
- Knowledge of various styles of worship music, including contemporary Christian, gospel,.
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead a diverse group of musicians and vocalists
- A deep personal faith in Jesus Christ and a passion for leading others in worship
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with church staff and volunteers

- Past experience leading worship
