About the job
The person for this position will need to lead and spiritually mentor youth, developing a path of growth for students. Regularly teach and preach the word of God to high schoolers (Weekends, Midweek, and events). Oversee, manage, plan, and attend summer and winter camp. The potential hire will need to utilize social media to promote events as well as in house programs to connect with students and parents. Also, it is important to have a willigness to serve wherever the need arises with a heart of servanthood and humility.
