Everything that occurs at First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs is focused on following the guidance provided by our Mission Statement. No one person can be expected to have all the skillsets required to meet this mission. We are looking for a generalist who is spiritually mature, biblically strong, and confident in his/her preaching and worship leadership skills. This candidate should be excited about the opportunity to be an agent of change, follow a collaborative approach, and possess solid interpersonal and public communication skills. We have strong lay support, along with a professional administrative and pastoral staff, who will work closely as a team with the new Associate Pastor to accomplish God's will. During our busy season, the days are long; however, the joy of witnessing the changed lives as a result of our many ministries energizes our team as we meet this worthy goal. We know, through past experiences, God will find the right service area(s) for our Associate Pastor that will respond to our Mission Statement, as well as utilizing his/her spiritual gifts.
