We are looking for someone who is, of course, passionate about working with teens. He or she should also be missional-minded and passionate about outreach. We would like to see our congregation and youth group grow through the conversion of new believers. Finally, an ideal candidate would be adventurous as there are many unique experiences about living in Interior Alaska.
