About the job
FCCH has recently adopted a model of shared pastoral leadership. The Lead Pastor of Preaching and Teaching will join our Lead Pastor of Care and Outreach and the Elder Board to form the leadership of the church. Within this framework his or her primary responsibilities will be preaching the Word, organizing corporate worship, overseeing adult education and managing staff and volunteer leaders.
