First Christian Church of Iowa Falls is a seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to join our ministry team to love on and care for the people of Iowa’s Greenbelt in the name of Jesus. We are a non-denominational church family of passionate believers who are excited about reaching the hearts of God’s people! This new and important leadership position will be a hybrid worship/youth pastor combination charged with leading and developing our Sunday music worship experience as well as our youth ministry program. We have a wonderful team of volunteers in each section excited for your arrival, ideas, and passion!

The Associate Pastor's Responsibilities Include:

·        Leading a dynamic and spirit filled music worship experience for Sunday service

·        Leading and developing the church youth ministry program

·        Recruits and leads new volunteers in the respective programs

·        Provides pastoral leadership to congregation’s boards, ministry committees, and activities alongside the Senior Pastor

·        Assists the Senior Pastor with other ministry related functions as needed

Education

·         Preferred- undergraduate or Bible College Degree/Certificate in related field
