About the job
Serve as the primary minister to youth and their families through planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining a dynamic and comprehensive Christian formation program for students, grades 6-12, and college-aged adults. Emphasis is given to helping families deepen their relationships with God, each other, and the world through each of the five areas of ministry: invitation, community, formation, worship, and compassion. A graduate level seminary degree is strongly preferred. (Bachelor degree required) Five or more years of relevant church experience, including direct experience in working, leading, and teaching students. Passion for students and a call to student ministry. Committed follower and disciple of Jesus Christ and to the mission of the Church.
