Faith Lutheran Church is a growing, active congregation in Albuquerque where diverse people are finding belonging, growing in Christ, and stepping into lives of purpose. We are committed to walking a Jesus-shaped way together: With God, with each other and for the people we encounter.

We are developing a culture of a lay-driven, staff-supported, church that believes in equipping people for ministry. Our pastoral staff is committed to developing leaders, supporting volunteers, and ensuring that all ministries are coordinated, aligned, and effective.

We are looking for a Pastor of Community Life who will step into this momentum and help us go further shaping pathways where people don’t just attend but know they belong through engagement and grow individually and in community living through their faith in Christ.
