The Associate Pastor will seek to accomplish the mission and vision of EFC Oroville by ensuring that the family of God works together to make disciples of the next generation. He will oversee all ministries to children and youth of EFC Oroville while encouraging and nurturing families to be the primary spiritual providers to their children. The Associate Pastor will create and implement a long-term ministry path for students and families that inspires them towards a lasting priority in Christ.

 

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Associate Pastor to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving the local church, strong administrative skills, and a gift for connecting with people of all ages and stages of life. This role focuses on overseeing discipleship initiatives, welcoming and integrating new members, and leading ministries for young families, children, youth, and young adults. Additionally, the Associate Pastor will spearhead evangelism and outreach efforts to extend the gospel into our community.
