To be a successful Residential Clinician you must become able to do the following always:
Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
Provide individual, group and family therapy, meeting the varied needs of the client population placed on campus.
Complete documentation needs in compliance with company policy and governing regulations.
Coordinate client care with community service providers.
Provide court reports/testimony when necessary.
Participate in Residential on call rotation.
Maintain or grow in expected competency level.
Provide input regarding admissions to programs.
Provide consultation to program staff as needed.
Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
Meet department goals and advance within competencies.

5% Consultation
5% On Call Duties
5% Participation in supervision, company-wide and staff meetings.
5% Other duties as assigned
