Production and Admin Manager at Ecclesia Hollywood

Ecclesia Hollywood church is seeking candidates for a part-time staff role. The Production & Admin Manager will assist with mid-week office administration and execute logistics for the Sunday worship gathering.  We are currently meeting outside and in-person on Sunday mornings in Burbank.  This staff person will lead the set up and tear down of equipment for the weekly gatherings.

The person in this role will be highly dependable and resourceful, excellent at multi-tasking, fluent with digital office tools, and able to manage assignments to deadlines. Strong written & verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities (partial list):

  • Process check requests and receipts for reimbursements and payments
  • Coordinate all receipts for the church VISA card (monthly)
  • Order office materials and supplies
  • Assist with resourcing equipment
  • Maintain contact list of office vendors; contact vendors as directed
  • Maintain Google Calendars
  • Update info on the Ecclesia App
  • Edit and post weekly audio and video podcasts
  • Create songsheets and bring to worship location
  • Send weekly reminders to service participants
  • Schedule people as needed for Set up / Tear down teams
  • Manage the Sunday morning Set up and Tear Down of the Stage and House (chairs, easy up, trash cans, etc.) Must be okay with physical work; working outside
  • Ensure items are put away properly
  • Maintain knowledge of items in 3 storage units; maintain inventories
  • On-site Sunday morning hours required - 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
