The English Ministry of East Bergen Christian Church, also known as EBCC, is seeking a full-time pastor to join our pastoral team in leading a Chinese and English non-denominational church located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The candidate will lead the English congregation through preaching, teaching, worshiping, counseling, and pastoral team administration. They should be an able leader and a willing ministry partner with a high regard for scripture. Other essential qualities the candidate should possess include: strong pastoral skills, effective and efficient administrator of church programs, and the ability to work well with youth and adults alike. The candidate should also be able to work closely with staff and leadership co-workers from both congregations.

Desired Qualifications:
? Theologically consistent with EBCC’s confession of Faith and Vision
? Master’s Degree from ATS, The Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada, or equivalent experience or above
? 3+years Full-Time Service on Church Staff preferred, or equivalent experience.
? Ability to work as part of a team

- Discipleship skill/experience with youth, adult
- Cross-cultural ministry skill/experience
- Family Counseling skill/experience
- Administrative skills
