Full-time, Non-exempt (30 hours/week, role exists through February 2027)

In this role, you'll serve as the resource coordination hub for our Eaton Fire Housing Assistance Team, collaborating with Case Managers to ensure families receive comprehensive, tailored support. Responsibilities include conducting client intakes, assessing needs, and connecting families to services such as housing support, FEMA, insurance, counseling, and employment resources. You'll maintain a database of disaster recovery resources, facilitate warm hand-offs to partner agencies, and track referrals to prevent duplication of benefits.
