B.       Job Description

1.      To preach in the worship service, on rotation, as scheduled

2. To train and coach lay leaders to do English and Youth Ministries including English
Fellowship, Bilingual Junior High, and Cantonese High School

3.      To provide pastoral care through counseling and small group

4.      To participate in session, staff, and leadership meetings as assigned by Senior Pastor. (or

5.      To serve as moderator of English Ministry Development Team.

6.      To perform sacraments, weddings and funerals

7.      To supervise ministerial or pastoral staff assigned by the Senior Pastor

8.      To attend and participate in Presbytery. and denominational meetings (Delete?)

9.      To implement the vision and actions of the Session

10.   To lead workshops and preach at retreats, Day Camp, outreach events, fellowship groups as
needed
