Crossway Community Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to serve as the primary leader, communicator, and shepherd for our Milford Campus. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about spiritual formation, community engagement, and cultivating a vibrant church community.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Leadership: Serve as the primary face, voice, and preacher for the campus, especially on Sundays.
Spiritual Formation: Develop and implement strategies that encourage spiritual growth and discipleship within the campus community.
Community Engagement: Lead initiatives to connect with and serve the local community while fostering relationships within the church.
Leadership Development: Recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of leaders for small groups and ministry initiatives.
Assimilation: Oversee processes to welcome and integrate newcomers, including first impressions, classes, and events.
Worship Oversight: Ensure high-quality, consistent worship experiences in collaboration with the Worship Director.
Pastoral Care: Provide care and follow-up to the campus community as needed.
Campus Growth: Strategize and implement initiatives to encourage attendance, engagement, and overall campus expansion.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in ministry or a related field.
Strong communication and preaching abilities.
A heart for discipleship, community outreach, and pastoral care.
Holds a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Christian Ministry or a related field.
Position Details:

Status: Full-Time Salaried, 40 hrs/week
Benefits: Dental, 403(b)(9) matching retirement plan (up to 3%)
Reports To: Senior Pastor
Adjacent Reports: Worship Director, KidsWay Director
Performance Reviews: Initial six-month review, followed by annual reviews.
