Crossroads The Hague is looking for its next Senior Pastor who feels called to join our international community in a season of growth, and to lead our strong collaborative team of staff and volunteers to further develop and carry out our vision. The ideal candidate will be a deeply committed Christ-follower who leads with energy, humility, and authenticity. They will have a heart for those at all stages of faith, from those new to Christianity to those wrestling with doubts.

The Senior Pastor will be a gifted communicator who models grace, helping individuals and families take their next steps toward Jesus. This role requires strong relational and team-building skills, with the ability to empower ministry leaders and volunteers, creating a collaborative environment where people can thrive in their faith.

This position is for 3 - 4 days a week (24 - 32 hours), including Sundays and scheduled elder and staff meetings.
