Licensed Psychologist/Post-doctoral Psychological Assistants at Crossroads Institute for Psychotherapy and Assessment
About the job
Crossroads Institute for Psychotherapy and Assessment, a private practice with locations in Irvine, Torrance, West Los Angeles, and Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking full-time licensed psychologists and post-doctoral psychological assistants due to recent expansion.
For Licensed Psychologists, both remote and local positions are available. Solely telehealth, in-oce, and blended arrangements can be made. Potential oce placements would be in Irvine, West Los Angeles, and Torrance. Start date will be based upon completion of the credentialing process with our contracted insurance companies. Salary is competitive, and there is the opportunity for a productivity bonus.
For Post-doctoral Psychological Assistants, positions are available in our Downtown LA oce; however, there is flexibility in regards to providing services via telehealth or in-oce. Start date would be based upon successful registration as a post-doctoral psychological assistant with the CA Board of Psychology, and pay is hourly. Along with individual and group supervision, there is a weekly process group designed specifically to support our psychological assistants.
We focus on providing integrated psychotherapy to children and adults, as well as a full range of psychological assessment for all ages, psychiatric care, and bio- and neurofeedback. Our providers enjoy a collaborative, collegial environment with a strong focus on providing ethical and competent services to individuals, couples, and families. This is accomplished, partly, by our regular peer consultation meetings and case consultations, and an openness to innovation and creativity. The practice has an extremely low rate of turnover for both clinical and support sta, and these openings are due solely to expansion.
We provide competitive compensation that includes health insurance, paid time o, matched 401k, Continuing Education reimbursement, and many other benefits. We value work-life balance and clinician wellness, and require a lower number of work hours to qualify for full-time status.
