Senior Pastor Profile

Crossroads Community Church is a loving congregation with a hunger for the Word of God and a heart for service. We are seeking a Senior Pastor who can help us build upon what we do well and and lead us with a fresh vision into our next chapter.

We want our new Pastor to lead us as he or she is led by the Holy Spirit to:

Educate in the Word - Encourage in Love - Engage in Service

Our next Senior Pastor will help us increase our impact by:

• Preaching the full counsel of God’s Word empowered by the Holy Spirit with theology and doctrines that are in alignment with our statement of faith
• Possessing high ethical standards, strong family values, and a reputation for integrity.

Our next Senior Pastor will help us increase our impact by:

• Preaching the full counsel of God’s Word empowered by the Holy Spirit with theology and doctrines that are in alignment with our statement of faith
• Possessing high ethical standards, strong family values, and a reputation for integrity.
• Affirming our heart for community service with evangelism in mind
• Casting new vision and a passion to help us get there
• Possessing strong leadership and administration skills
• Shepherding the congregation with tender pastoral care providing spiritual guidance, and support to congregants
