Crossroads Christian Reformed Church is seeking a Part-Time Director of Worship Ministry. The ideal candidate has passion and experience with leading musical worship as well as leading a team of instrumentalists and vocalists.

We worship on Sunday mornings at 9:30am in a mostly contemporary style, with some hymns included periodically as appropriate. Crossroads is an intergenerational church with about 100 members, and our musical worship team includes adult musicians as well as those young as middle and high school. The Worship Director needs to be able to not only lead the congregation in worship, but also organize and lead the team of musicians as well. The ability to read music and an understanding of musical theory is greatly appreciated.

The Director of Worship will collaborate with the Worship Planning Team to implement our church's vision of worship, and with the Pastor to plan out specific worship services. The work of position is designed to be completed in 15 hours per week, including rehearsal, worship, planning and preparation.
