Crossroads CRC is seeking a full-time Director of Youth and Worship Ministries. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for sharing the Gospel with students and leading the people of God in musical worship. We are a mid-sized congregation in North San Diego County with a vibrant youth ministry and a talented volunteer worship team.
If your gifting and experience is more suited for either youth OR worship rather than both, we would be open to splitting the position into two part-time positions, but our preference is to find one candidate who can lead both youth and worship.
