Role Summary:

To provide administrative support to the church staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role is responsible for supporting the various ministries offered through Crest Community Church. To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter (including your testimony of faith).

Job Duties:

• Respond to phone, email, and internet inquiries from members, visitors and community partners

• Manage and maintain church calendar, scheduling events, facility use, and meetings as needed

• Oversee facility needs, including its cleaning & supplies

• Support church finance tracking, including donations and expenses, & paying bills

• Maintain church database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information

• Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, filing and organizing supplies

• Coordinate ministry meetings, craft & send pre/post meeting communications

• Complete and submit quarterly & annual denominational reports

• Plan and host events to build community within the ministry team

• Provide support for special projects and events, as needed

• Prepare & distribute newsletters & other communications

• Manage & maintain church website & social media presence

• Oversee the editing & uploading of sermon videos



• Proven record of excellent organizational skills & the ability to maintain processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & the Google workspace (Docs & Sheets)

• Strong ability to listen, validate, and communicate (verbal & written)

• Able to resolve conflict well

Reports To: Lead Pastor


• Part-time: 12 hours per week (actual schedule to be worked out with supervisor)
