The Executive Assistant provides support and assistance to the CEO and VP of Operations. Responsibilities include facilitating donor and staff communications, overseeing special projects, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, planning ?events and in-services, assisting with quality control, policy review and updates, attending functions and representing the agency on behalf of the CEO.

Must have very strong administrative, organization, and communication skills.  Must also possess a genuine desire to assist others and help companies grow. Previous non-profit and administrative assistant experience is preferred but not required.
