Citrus Counseling Services (CCS) has been providing quality mental health services to the people of Redlands and the surrounding areas since 1978. We serve infants, toddlers, adolescents, and adults; traditional families, nontraditional families, and families working to reunify; individuals, couples, and groups.
CCS is looking for a Licensed, Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join the Adult & Family Services department. The primary role of the Mental Health Therapist is to provide professional therapeutic behavioral health services to individuals and groups of all ages and demographic backgrounds. The Mental Health Therapist will collaboratively participate in staff meetings and trainings, perform necessary administrative tasks, and participate in CCS community relations efforts. Upon hire, the Mental Health Therapist will be credentialed with all major insurance companies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Commit to CCS’s vision and mission.
Consistently meet individualized clinical service hour goals.
Comply with agency policies and procedures.
Maintain confidential clinical records in keeping with agency policies and procedures.
Maintain the highest standards and practices of his/her primary professional discipline.
Attend and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other team building activities.
Participate in community events as needed.
Perform administrative, development, and other organizational tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
Ability to qualify for and pursue membership in managed care organization panels.
Ability to support and promote diversity within CCS.
Master’s Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health discipline.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Insurable for Professional and General Liability insurance.
Minimum of two years post-degree clinical practice.
