My Win:
I know I am winning when the students of 678 (middle school youth group) and CA Students (high school youth group) are effectively being led to complete commitment to Christ. My wins include strengthening the adult volunteer teams for both groups, coordinating small group efforts, and relationally discipling students alongside a team of four other youth pastors.

My Main Responsibilities:

• Being an upbeat and encouraging presence in both 678 and CA Students on a weekly basis
• Occasionally preaching in both 678 and CA Students
• Recruiting and caring for leaders in both 678 and CA Students, including planning our monthly Leader Dinners
• Providing pastoral care and relational discipleship for students
• Have a presence on local Junior High and High School campuses
• Take the lead on following up with new students and integrating them into 678 and CA Students
• Coordinate pairing students with leaders for our Intentional Discipleship program
• Coordinate our life group efforts, including arranging leaders, creating curriculum, and leading two groups
• Assist in overseeing senior-year interns

My Qualifications:

• Is a leader of leaders.
• Ability to teach biblical knowledge in relevant, age-appropriate ways to kids and students.
• Ability to relate to all sorts of personalities including kids, students and adults.
• Ability to strategically plan structures and implement them.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Passion for detail and making things better.
• Passion to see kids and students grow towards a greater commitment to Christ

My Expectations:
