About the job
The Music Director at Christ Presbyterian Church provides consistent musical and spiritual leadership of the Sunday morning and other, occasional, worship services. Working together with the Pastor and the worship team, the Music Director is responsible for the development and implementation of a vision for music ministry and disciple-making in the worship services. The primary measures of success are the engagement levels of the congregation and the ability of the Music Director to identify, equip, disciple, and launch musicians and other volunteers.
