About the job
The ideal candidate for this full-time regional campus role will be a passionate, relational, student ministries pastor with significant leadership skills. This person will serve as the leader and pastor of our DeKalb Campus student ministries. They will be responsible for the overall spiritual health and success of the campus middle school and high school ministry. They will develop key volunteers and leaders in our ministry and work with parents to lead students into a deeper walk with Jesus Christ. As a significant part of the campus pastoral team, this person needs to have a shepherd’s heart and be able to help people walk through difficult situations with spiritual maturity and compassion.
