About the job
We seek a Senior Pastor who will provide spiritual and organizational leadership as we live into our church’s God-given mission. This leadership will be demonstrated chiefly through preaching, strategy implementation, and the development of lay leaders and staff. The Senior Pastor will orchestrate the movement of the church toward a shared vision, directing plans for evangelism, discipleship, and community. Expression of a personal faith is vital, along with a regular practice of spiritual disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also key to the Senior Pastor’s role.
