The Director of Blackhawk Kids (BKids) is an important part of this vision.

The Director of BKids is responsible for:

• Overseeing the vision, direction, strategy of all aspects of BKids. Develop others and delegate to them in the leadership and implementation of all areas (Sunday programming, curriculum, volunteer culture, child protection policies, etc.)
• Leading the BKids staff team, ensuring cohesion and alignment of direction and implementation.
