About the job
BCC is looking for an Associate Pastor to partner with us in our mission to grow deeper in Christ for the good of our neighbors. This position is focused on equipping and mobilizing our church to grow in the areas of missional outreach, adult spiritual formation, and community life.
We are looking for someone who has a heart for the community and can inspire and equip us to grow deeper in our call to bless our neighborhood, care for refugees and other vulnerable populations, and engage with our local and global mission partners. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about spiritual formation and discipleship.
We affirm women and men in all positions of church leadership. This is a full-time position; however, we are open to part-time configurations if that works better with the life circumstances of a candidate that is the right fit for our culture and mission.
