Employee Classification: Associate Minister

Compensation: Competitive, Salaried

Regular Work Hours: 40-50 hours

Accountable To: Lead Pastor, Elder Board

Accountable For: Music and Media Ministry Teams. Volunteer teams include Music, Sound, and Production (Audio/Visual).

 

About Bayview Church

Bayview is a community of people who live for the gospel of Christ and share life together serving the island culture of Guam. Bayview has a ministry history of 65 years serving nearly 170,000 people on a tropical island in the Western Pacific. Guam has a rich diversity of cultures to enjoy and evangelize, including a vibrant music culture. We seek a musician to capitalize on this music culture and lead our church in worship.
