Senior Coordinator of Intercultural Engagement and Student Life Initiatives at Baylor University

The Senior Coordinator for Intercultural Engagement and Division Initiatives, under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of Intercultural Engagement and Student Life Initiatives, is responsible for assisting to create a more vibrant, inclusive, and supportive campus environment as an expression of the Baylor University mission. The Senior Coordinator works in partnership with key stakeholders across the Division of Student Life toward accomplishing this goal. This position supports the mission of the university by integrating faith and learning through exhibiting an appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse learning environment, inclusive of students, faculty and staff of many social, economic, cultural, ideological, racial and ethnic backgrounds. While role has high-student contact requiring mostly in-person/on-site work, flexible/remote work is an option when possible.

A Bachelor's degree, three years of relevant work experience and an active Christian faith are required. A Master's degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
