A client providing Counseling Services is looking for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. 
Location: San Bernardino, CA (Remote – must travel to the office once a quarter, open to onsite if local)
Positions: Licensed Counselor
Pay Range: $45-$60 per hour, paid per client hour seen (rate depends on experience and specialty)
Schedule: TBD (can choose their own schedule)
Time to Hire (Initially part-time, ability to increase hours to full-time status depending on business needs and capabilities after a 3-month credentialing process with insurance company)
Multiple openings (10 openings in total)

Overview: 
We are seeking highly qualified Licensed Therapists to join our team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling services to our clients and contributing to their overall well-being. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for part-time and potentially full-time roles.

Location: 
Onsite or Remote opportunities are available. (If remote – must travel to the office once a quarter.)

Responsibilities: 

• Create and manage your own client schedule, ensuring availability within 10 days of client contact (California standard).
• Conduct therapy sessions, including assessment, intake, diagnosis, progress notes, treatment plans, and goal creation for clients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• If bi-lingual, leverage language skills to enhance client engagement and support.

Qualifications: 

• California licensure as an LMFT or LCSW.
• In good standing with no prior license suspension or license lapse.
• Experience in dealing with a wide range of clients is desired.
• Additional certifications, such as EMDR or experience with sexual offenders, are advantageous.
