General Profile of the Role:

The Director of Contemporary Music for Advent Scuffleton will be a musically-gifted, spiritually-mature leaders responsible for contemporary worship at our Scuffletown campus. The ideal candidate has experience leading creative contemporary worship in the church setting and experience shepherding worship teams. This role will be the primary leader of music at the Scuffletown campus but will work in conjunction with the vision and plans for contemporary worship at the main campus. A successful candidate must have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate leadership skills with a history of leading growing ministries. Because we are a church plant, this person should be passionate about building relationships within our congregation and the community, willing to think outside the box, and skillful at helping people grow as disciples.
