Pastoral Profile

General Qualifications:
Currently serving as a Lead Pastor or Associate Pastor for a minimum of 5 years.
Candidate may be between the ages of 35 to 50 years of age.
Educational requirements are bachelor's degree in ministry studies and credentials with the Assemblies of God.

Church Leadership:
Demonstrate visions for chuch growth, evangelical outreach, and world missions.
Spirit filled in words and actions.
Able to provide spiritual and famiy guidance along with pastoral care.
Able to mentor and manage a staff of at least five associate pastors and lay volunteers.
Will be supervisor to Christian school and retirement apartments located on campus as well as church facility.
Shall possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of business finance and office management.
Needs to be tech savvy and realize the importance of social media in the ministry and outreach of the church.
Excellent preacher and teacher of the scriptures.
Character:
Has a shepherd's heart mentality in their relationship with the congregation and is approachable and available to members.
Is a person of integrity in their personal character and financial accountability.
Humble in spirit.
Loving, caring people-person.
Compassion for the lost and hurting.
