The Fuller Careers and Personal Development office leverages technology to help scale our career services and communication efforts. Thus, the best way to get the word out about a career opportunity is through either of our career platforms: Fuller Job Board and Handshake.
Handshake
Handshake is an all-in-one talent recruitment platform which allows employers to post career opportunities and find the right Fuller candidate. Approved employers in Handshake can:
- Post current career opportunities (job or internship)
- Connect directly with Fuller and other schools across the country
- Conduct interview-to-hire process through the system
- Utilize filters to conduct targeted recruiting and view student/alumni user profiles
- Directly message student/alumni users for targeted recruitment efforts
Fuller Job Board
The Fuller Job Board is an online job posting site which allows employers to quickly share career opportunities. The Fuller Careers and Personal Development office reviews all posts for approval and handles all subsequent edits to the initial post.
